2. Products & Services

We manufacture and sell made-to-order metal décor products, including but not limited to:

  • Metal Wall Art
  • House Numbers & Address Signs
  • Privacy Panels
  • Custom Signage
  • Shelving & Home Décor Products

Because many of our products are handcrafted and made to order, slight variations in finish, texture, colour, or dimensions may occur and do not constitute defects.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices displayed on our website are listed in South African Rand (ZAR).

Metal Deco is currently not VAT registered and therefore no VAT is charged on products or services at this time.

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice.

Orders will only enter production once payment has been successfully received and confirmed.


4. Custom & Personalised Orders

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all custom information submitted is accurate, including:

  • Names
  • Addresses
  • Spelling
  • Measurements
  • Colour selections
  • Design approvals

Once production has started, custom and personalised orders cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged unless the item is defective or incorrect due to an error on our side.

5. Production & Lead Times

Most products are manufactured to order.

Estimated production and delivery timeframes are provided as guidelines only and may vary depending on:

  • Order volume
  • Product complexity
  • Material availability
  • Courier delays
  • Public holidays

We will make reasonable efforts to fulfil orders within the estimated timeframes but cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping is handled through trusted third-party courier providers.

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is managed by the courier company.

While we will assist where possible, Metal Deco cannot be held responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by third-party courier services.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns, refunds, and exchanges are subject to our Refund & Return Policy.

All custom and made-to-order items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless defective or incorrect.

Eligible standard items may qualify for return within the specified return period, subject to approval and inspection.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, product designs, images, branding, logos, graphics, and written content are the property of Metal Deco unless otherwise stated.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by South African law, Metal Deco shall not be held liable for:

  • Delays caused by third-party service providers

Our total liability relating to any order shall not exceed the purchase value of the product concerned.
