Refund & Return Policy (Metal Deco)

Thank you for shopping with Metal Deco. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before production has started.

Once production has begun, cancellation fees may apply to cover materials, labour, and manufacturing costs already incurred.



2. Returns & Exchanges

All custom and made-to-order items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

We offer a 7-day return policy for eligible standard items. To qualify for a return:

  • The return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

As our products are manufactured to order, we are unable to accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selection
  • Custom-made or personalised products


3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please include clear photographs of:

  • The product
  • The issue or damage
  • The packaging

Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement, repair, or provide a suitable resolution as quickly as possible.

Failure to report damages within 48 hours may result in the claim being declined by the courier provider.



4. Return Process

Where applicable, returned items must be packaged securely to avoid damage during transit.

Returned items will be inspected upon arrival before any refund, replacement, or exchange is approved.

If a returned item is damaged due to insufficient packaging by the customer, the return request may be rejected.



5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed via EFT into the bank account supplied by the customer.

Please allow 5–7 business days for approved refunds to reflect after inspection and approval.

Any applicable courier or collection fees may be deducted from the refund amount.

Customers are responsible for supplying the correct banking details. Metal Deco will not be held liable for refunds processed to incorrectly supplied bank accounts.
